
PARTS PROJECT
Parts is a multidisciplinary art project created by a group of multicultural artists. The aim of the project is to create an interactive performance and workshop concept that promotes youth involvement and integration of refugee background youth in Finland.

The performance material is created by a diverse team of professional artists. A work in progress pieces of Parts are performed in the autumn 2025 in Urban Apa Festival and as part of Welcome Day events by Helsinki City. The performances are then toured in 3 reception centers for underage youth and family centers in capital area and Kotka.
After the performance tour the project organizes 3 open workshop for youth participants where a group of young people from different backgrounds create together the final piece that will be performed in Tanssin talo 14.12.2025. The workshops are free of charge and open for all youth participants interested in artistic creation and working in a multicultural group of youth and artists.
