Breaking is a physical and challenging style of dance with rich history. It is one of the original and first styles of Hip Hop culture emerging from Bronx, New York and has nowadays spread around the world creating a global community of respect, discipline, courage, peace, love and unity. Breaking has developed into widely recognized form of art and sport and it featured as an official Olympic sport for the first time in Paris 2024. The classes have no specific age limits but are targeted for kids above 7 years old (1st grade and older). This beginner class is for those who are knew to this style of dance and here you start from the basics. If you have danced breaking with us or elsewhere before, you might want to try the advanced class that is after this one. Fridays 15.15-16.00 (45min) at Madance Studio Mekaanikonkatu 19 B 2nd Floor Autumn season 11.9. - 11.12.2026 No classes during school holidays. Bring indoor shoes, comfortable clothes and a water bottle. (Shoes is a MUST in break dance as without shoes you might seriously hurt your toes, any type of sneakers will do). You can register to the class by paying either the full price 120€ or half price 60€. We appreciate all fees paid as they enable us to keep going with these classes and provide easily accessible dance classes for everyone, even the ones who cannot afford to pay. If you are interested in joining with a free of charge spot please contact us via email. We have limited number of those to make sure everyone can dance. If you decide to quit classes, please send us an email to info@justdancefinland.com Some classes have limited spaces and many interested dancers so we can give spots to everyone who want to dance. Jos olet poissa tunnilta kolme kertaa peräkkäin ilman ilmoitusta meille tai opettajalle meillä on oikeus perua ilmoittautumisesi ja vapauttaa paikka jollekin toiselle tunneilla, jotka ovat täynnä.
