Tietoa tapahtumasta
Parts is a multidisciplinary art project created by a group of multicultural artists. The aim of the project is to create an interactive performance and workshop concept that promotes youth involvement and integration of refugee background youth in Finland together with local youth in Helsinki.
These workshops gather together youth participants of different backgrounds between the age 13-18. Anyone can join, you do not need to have prior skills or knowledge pure interest and motivation to join an art project is enough.
The group gathers 3 times to explore different art forms together with the team of professional artists of the project. The workshops build toward a creation of some kind piece that will be presented at Tanssin talo 14.12. in an event by Just Dance Finland. The final workshop/practice for the piece takes place one week before the Tanssin talo event.
